"Over all hotel is nice , Everyone working here was nice and kind . Anyhow for 5 star hotel shower enclosure is only 2 stars…. It is no door from living area to the bathroom,so it is crazy cold when you get out from the shower, and enclosure itself is ridiculously uncomfortable, Other thing -guests are allowed to smoke in a balcony,no separation between smoking and nonsmoking rooms,so you will smell disgusting cigarette smoke all day long… Also -5 star hotel does not have heated pool ,so October...

"The serene and attentive experience at Amira practically guarantees my return. While the ambiance initially suggests a demographic of romantic couples, I visited for a getaway with my teenage daughter, and the execution was flawless. Their attention to detail is remarkable—from the intelligently designed suites to the highly proactive staff. The widespread buffet breakfast is a notable standout, offering extensive, flavorful choices alongside a custom egg station. The beach proximity, despite...

"Wow, wow wow... We booked Uzenie wondering if the rave reviews were too good to be true. There are not. The hotel is exceptional - we have stayed in many places all over the world and Uzenie is genuinely the best. What makes it so fantastic are the amazing staff - their attitude and attention to detail was exemplary. They really go out of their way to be helpful - a few examples: my husband had some important work calls but the rooms are not set up with desks but one of the managers gave up...

"Really helpful staff and I liked that were was both an indoor and outdoor pool. Also close to a bunch of restaurant options and only 15-20 mins walk to old town"

"Sehr fürsorgliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen (Buffet), ruhige und entspannende Atmosphäre"

"The staff at the reception was amazing, and the cleaning staff was excellent as well. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. Staff members were removing plates before guests had even finished their meals, and there was constant shouting throughout the hotel. The alcohol served at the bar was of very poor quality. Overall, this did not feel like a 5-star hotel experience at all."

"All staff friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned on a daily basis"

"BEAUTIFUL MAINTAINED GROUNDS. FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF. WE HAD A PARTIAL SEA VIEW BUNGALOW - THE VIEW WAS GOOD & BUNGALOWS ARE LOCATED IN A QUITE PART OF THE RESORT. LOVED OUR BALCONY ( RM 30). MAIN CRITICISM OF THE ROOM IS THE OVER BATH SHOWER. WHOEVER PLANNED PUTTING THE TAPS IN THE CENTRE OF THE BATH AS WELL AS THE WIRE RACK & SOAP DISPENSERS HAS NEVER TRIED TO STAND TAKING A SHOWER IN THE BATH WHILST FIGHTING THE PLASTIC SHOWER SHEET - IT IS DANGEROUS . I CANNOT IMAGINE HOW HEAVIER / LARGER...

"The amenities are great it's a lovely clean place to stay staff were lovely we had breakfast a little bit late LOL and they even gave us some bottled water when we left for our journey onwards. Nicely designed rooms and bathrooms."

"The beds and cushions were much to hard. Very uncomfortable night"

"Hôtel récente, très bien et propre aussi. Près des attractions principales"

"Room was clean and modern, with balcony, with kitchenette, air conditioning was turning on automatically so we had to turn it off as it was come already, partial sea view which was very nice and close to the seaboard and beach; it was stormy, windy so we admired the big waves that were fascinating. Restaurant was nice and we had great included breakfast buffet and we ate one time dinner and had discount from expedia, food was nice and well served. Within short distance many restaurants and...
