"Poor check in experience, room was not ready at agreed time. After a long drive with multiple young kids, this is an issue. Once the room was ready, the staff did not offer to help us to the room and did not help us with our bags. This is not like a hotel, more like an old age home. Room itself was clean but the common areas were filthy. I would not recommend this accommodation."

"Beautiful hotel. The views were spectacular. Loved that there were so many food options in the hotel and the market/mall located on the 1st floor is a huge plus!! You don’t have to leave the hotel for any groceries/shopping!"

The staff were very helpful, and we were well looked after. Will definitely be prioritising for our next trip."
