"I arrived at the hotel around 6pm, I hadn't eaten all day and immediately asked if I could order some food, the receptionist said the restaurant closed at 5pm, despite the menu saying it's open until 7pm. So I asked for a nearby place to eat, they said there isn't any, you need to get a trike to the main road, this took around 10-15 mins.
The room was ok a bit tatty ripped curtains hard grey towels in the bathroom.
Has breakfast delivered to my room, but no butter for the toast.

"I arrived around 9am exhausted due airline delays. The hotel charged me 2500 Pesos to check in before check in time. That is the first time a hotel has ever charged me to check in before check in time.
I constantly had to ask the front desk to fill the lotions and soaps in the room and supply toilet paper."
