Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Unsere Wünsche wurden allesamt zuvorkommend und sehr höflich entgegengenommen und erfüllt. Die Einrichtung hat sich in den vergangenen Jahren nicht wesentlich verändert. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt. Freundliche Grüße an das gesamte Team.

Die Details der Deko im Schwimmbadbereich und das wunderschöne gestaltete freundliche Hotel. Die Bezeichnung Therme stimmt überhaupt nicht , es ist ein Burghotel ja mit Wellness und Schwimmbad. Es ist kein Heilwasser oder Salzwasser vorhanden und das hat eine Therme kein Clor Wasser wie es hier der Fall war. Sonst hätten wir mit vierPersonen überhaupt nicht gebucht. Da ich 2 Bandscheiben OP's hinter mir habe,hatte ich mich auf das 28 Grad Wasser gefreut und meine Begleiter da diese auch Bandscheibenprobleme haben. Die Temperatur hatte aber vielleicht mal 24 Grad. Davon die Aussage der Mitarbeiterin hatte wohl der Auszubildende vergessen die Themperatur hoch zu drehen. Ich hatte vorher sogar schriftlich nach der Temperatur gefragt..und habe die Antwort erhalten, das das Wasser 24 Grad hätte. Durch die Möglichkeit der Sauna war die Temperatur noch erträglich. Aber trotzdem Schade...doch die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich

Schönes Hotel mit Personalproblemen

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und liegt herrlich ruhig. Leider waren viele Angelegenheiten bzgl. des Personals nicht auf dem gewünschten Niveau. Wir mussten über eine Stunde auf das Essen und fast 40 Minuten auf die Getränke warten. Statt eines alkoholfreien Getränk, bekamen wir die alkoholische Variante. So etwas darf nicht passieren. Das Essen war insgesamt ok. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Frühstück gut. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist schön und ruhig. Wir hoffen, dass das Personal beim nächsten Besuch aufmerksamer ist und nicht nur eine Person den gesamten Barbereich betreuen muss.

Nach wie vor ist die großzügige Wellnessanlage ein Pluspunkt. Dazu kommen freundliche Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen. Leider sind die Singlebetten quietschend und knarrend, so dass die Nacht recht unruhig war. Im Badezimmer roch es stark nach Abwasser, offenbar waren die Siphons ausgetrocknet. Insgesamt gut mit etwas Luft nach oben.

Hallo. Wir hatten wie üblich einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir waren dieses Jahr zum dritten Mal da. Alles war wieder hervorragend. Super geeignet in Corona Zeiten.

Hotel advertises facilities that they don't have. Advertise a golf course onsite and a swimming pool. There is NO golf course and the pool is not a swimming pool, it's a shallow plunge pool at best.
