"The breakfast was basic but ok. The air conditioning unit was unbelievably loud and made horrible rattling noises so we had to turn it completely off to sleep. Fortunately, it wasn't too hot outside so we didn't struggle without air conditioning. The beds are very firm, so be aware of that. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful."

"The room was clean but it had a strong air freshener smell. I believe those products to be toxic and do not like the in my living space. I could still smell/taste the air freshener for a couple of hours after leaving the hotel. I am trying to keep all toxins out of my body so this isn't a place I would choose to stay again although it was a nice place."

"Extremely frustrating stay. On my first night I arrived after a long drive and could not get in my room. The code did not work and I needed to wait for an agent (via phone) to reset it since they do not have an attendant on site, which I knew and was not a problem. BUT it was very irritating to arrive and not be able to access the room. Secondly, the shower faucet was stuck on hot and I could not get cold water. The water was scalding and I could not take a proper shower. I honestly could have...
