"The hotel was basically quiet and comfortable with a courteous and helpful staff. While I did not request it, I was assigned a fully accessible room. Hopefully no one else needed that room that evening. Due to the lack of lip/pan in the shower (appropriate for an accessible room) the water pooled all over the bathroom floor even though I tried to be careful. Although a false alarm, which was quickly handled by the staff, I could have done without the 6:30 a.m. fire alarm!"

"Check-in was super easy. The desk worker was very friendly. I asked for the ground floor. She also brought us extra pillows. It is no frills, but was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet area. We easily found restaurants and shopping. Easy access to 95. Plenty of parking. No breakfast, but fresh coffee. We would stay there again. "

"For my second stay within a year; it’s the theme of my trip; I’m grateful…and appreciative. "I was not pleased to find out they were doing renovations when I arrived. Construction workers were using same elevator as guest. I understand dirty floors due to Construction. But the elevator had dirt on the walls and floor. It didnt bother me to much as I wasn't there most of the time. On my last night woke up to an ant crawling across my pillow. Also the morning of me checking out I had taken some of my things down and came back for the rest the maid had opened my door and left it propped...

"The room I was provided looked nothing like the one in the photo. The carpet was dirty, there were roaches present, the room did not have a table similar to the one in the photo, the bathroom did not even have a roll of toilet paper. "We weren't expecting this to be a grand hotel as it's a roadside and we were just stopped for the night but we were expecting it to be clean. The tub hasn't been properly cleaned in years, there was hair in it, there was a monstrous glob of hair on the floor by the sink and the carpet was disgusting. Everything is tired and dirty. We couldn't wait to get back on the road. "
