"Clean room hot tub wasn’t working again elevator still wasn’t working "

"The hotel is conveniently located just one block from the SkyTrain station, offering easy access to transportation. The complimentary airport shuttle is a valuable amenity, and the guest rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with a large wall‑mounted television. Staff members were welcoming and courteous throughout my stay. The only drawback is that the parkade is not directly connected to the hotel, requiring guests to walk outside to access it."

"This hotel is set up for families and they do it well. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were there for a hockey tournament and the location was perfect. The only minor thing is we would have liked to see the breakfast opens at 6:30 on the weekends. But otherwise wonderful stay!"

"Staff are amazing! Super clean and very comfy bed & chairs in room. Even the curtains were amazing ( they had an added strip on edges to ensure complete closure/darkness)….attention to detail! "
