"A beautiful location with excellent views. The unfortunate thing is that they are in the process of renovations. Our room seems to be not quite finished yet, but it has great potential. The property itself could really use some structural renovations and not just cosmetic ones, like the ones they are doing right now."

"The Harriott Bay Inn is charming, having retained its historical character. Inn's with the HBI character are being razed and replaced with condo mostrosities."

"Older facility but well maintained we chose room in the main building. Rooms were spacious and clean. LOVED that we could take our dog. Hot tub is nice but a bit strange to be in the middle of the gym (open space). Breakfast was great and staff were super helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay again"

"My husband and I were impressed with our stay. The bed and pillows were very good. The free breakfast went beyond our expectations both in variety and quality of the food provided. Everyone was friendly. The lobby and breakfast area were very attractive and the even has lemon infused water which we so appreciated. The room does not have a smart tv, but that is the only negative we can think of. We would happily stay here again."

"We have a reservation and on our arrival they said the reservation was for the next next day? The booking was "pay on arrival" but the money was taken 2 days priror. Major problems with them using the reservation system. Sent us to a sister property. Room and staff were great there."

"The place is right on the river, it was very clean and had all amenities as listed. The host was extremely communicative and provided all accurate details for Late checkin and was available to provide additional things as needed. Kitchen was very well kept with all typical kitchen accessories. Very Quiet and relaxing, Water flowing in the back yard with green lawn was amazingly beautiful ."

"Staff was amazing. Rooms are outdated and smell. Couldn’t quite put my finger on it, I’m sure if they redid the carpet floors and steam cleaned the couches maybe it would have been fresher."

"We stayed for two nights and everything was as photographed. Used the firepit and gazibo til nighttime and their outdoor communal barbecue too. The staff checked in via email the first day but everything was easy to navigate."
