"We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean. The pool and lazy river were our favorites also very good breakfast, lots of options. Definitely recommend staying here."

"The check-in date was a bit disappointing. There were people smoking weed on the balcony next to my room, and the smell permeated several floors. The staff at the poolside bar, where there’s a kiddie park, were incredibly slow and unresponsive when trying to get their attention. The beds were also quite hard. The water park was crowded and understaffed, with some rides closed due to insufficient lifeguards. The food was mediocre and unappetizing, but the coffee at the provisions cafe was great."

"Me encantó la limpieza ,la seguridad ,la protección .Lo que no me gustó fue muy poca distribución de toallas en los cuartos y piscina y la iluminación de productos en el cuarto como bolsas para basuras .La línea larga diaria desde Mayo 22 a Mayo 27 ,2026 para tomar el desayuno ,La atención buena pero ilimitada ,por lo demás me encantó ."

"Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The Disney atmosphere is cute and well done it made me feel like I was at a Disney resort. I would definitely stay here again.
Could use deeper cleaning in the room but that didn't keep me from liking the place"
