My experience at the resort was quite disappointing. I discovered a flying cockroach in our unit and noticed bugs and mice around the property. Although the resort is large and features multiple pools, transportation without a car is inconvenient. The staff suggested using the shuttle, which only runs every 30 minutes. One evening, we went to the pool that closed at 10 PM. It was pitch black outside, and I felt unsafe waiting in the dark with my children for the shuttle. When I expressed my concerns to the staff, they were indifferent and did not seem to care about our safety or my worries. Additionally, during check-in, I was informed that I had a $200 credit, but I could never get a clear explanation on how to use it.

Too many extras and way too many conditions. Pressure to participate in time share offers and not clear that it is optional. Ruined the experience at check in and dampened the excitement
