"this property is in dire need of a upgrade. The shower has looked like they came out of Walmart. Much of the furniture is beaten up. The staff seems OK but somewhat disengage. This is a very disappointing, especially with somebody who's used to the quality of most other Hilton hotels."

"The location is perfect to getting around UKY campus & activities.
The hotel is very nice & maintained.
The only negative- the bathroom:
No exhaust fan
Funky floating tub insert
Shower accessories were empty
Lighting is not great for “glam” situations"

"Art De-co remodel is well received. Easy parking. Attentive and professional staff. The only thing we didn't like was the denial of a late check out request (check out is 11:00 AM). The reason given was that they were heavily booked. Staff offered to store our bags, but that was not necessary for us because we could take care of our bags, we wanted a late check out so as to refresh after a morning tour of the nearby horse farms,"
