"Breakfast required a coupon, which had to be presented at the restaurant entrance. In exchange, each guest was handed just one flimsy paper plate and expected to pile all of their food onto it. After staying at numerous hotels around the world, this was the first time I had ever seen such a cheap, miserly, and unimaginably stingy practice. It left a very poor impression and reflected a shocking lack of consideration for guests."

"We stayed 3 nights at the Holiday Inn Express Gatineau and we were. VERY happy with our stay.It was a very nice, clean, and quiet hotel. Our room was spotless upon arrival. It was a nice surprise to find no carpeting which is so much more cleaner and hygienic. The bed was super comfortable.I usually don't sleep well in hotels but I had 3 of the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. (Could have used an extra blanket though). The roller blinds blocked out 100% of the light,no annoying cracks of...
