"Was in Vegas for the BTS concert and the hotel made it a very memorable experience. They has BTS photos in the lobby and the staff were extremely friendly no matter what. They even moved our reservation up which was extremely kind of them. Couldn't ask for a better hotel for the concert!"

"Keilani was extremely rude. I work in customer service too! And I would never mumble under my breath about a customer who’s right in front of me. She made it seem like it was the end of the world to do her job. Another person was there and he was kinder and was way more kind than her. Simply unprofessional. Also someone had checked us out of our room and it wasn’t us. This was very weird. Other than that we liked it here."

"Quick and easy check in with the front desk. Room was clean and of course continental breakfast in the morning. The strip is just over the highway. Great location."

"Rooms smell horrible, they smell old smoke and marijuana. We did ask the attendant for another room which he did but the second one smelled just as bad. We asked if they had a non smoker building and he said they are all non smoker but no one listens. People smoking right outside the rooms too. As we were waiting to check in someone else was complaining about bugs in their room. We ended up leaving g the room within less than 15 minutes and found another hotel last minute."
