"Great staff very accommodating when I asked to change rooms from the 1st floor. Nothing to complain about all was great"

"We checked in and there was clothes from the previous person or persons left behind the fridge in the room. We could not check into the room as the front desk person made a mistake and blames it on Expedia. The manger had to correct the mistake. There was other people staying in rooms next to us and they were smoking right outside their door and it was coming into our room through the window. We had mentioned this to the manager in training. All she did was laugh about it. Parts of the breakfast...

"This is a newer property conveniently located just off of Highway 3. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and clean. Our room was facing away from the highway so we didn't experience any road noise. The bathroom products were a better quality than the other BW Plus hotels we stayed at on our 3 week road trip and the breakfast options were superior (individually wrapped breakfast wraps, pears with the fresh fruit!)"
