Expedia didn't provide a phone number for the motel, After the motel canceled the room, they then charged me a much higher rate. Expedia did not return my money,so not only was I forced to pay a higher amount, I also payed for it twice"

A suggestion for the hotel would be better pictures of the rooms on their website, based on the dim lighting of the pictures I expected worse but was pleasantly surprised once inside."
