The room was ok but bathroom ceiling was in bad shape. The one bed was good but the other one was not comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection and coffee was good. The coffee maker in the room had mold in the tank. The pool and hot tub had been closed but there was nothing on the site that indicated that. We had asked for the manager to contact us but we had not received any response, which was very disappointing

The staff were all personable and great. The pool was closed, it happens. It was the only reason I booked this one, the fancy new hotel in the same city has a giant window wall by the pool and it’s freezing. But it happens. The hotel seems like they built it to be a nicer hotel and then no maintenance has happened since. Breakfast only til 9am, shower wasn’t much water at all, elevator takes ages to close the doors, was in probably the furthest room from the front door and my key stopped working

What I love this hotel Was it so close to everything …. The hotel is old but it has the amenities you need pool sauna free breakfast parking is free but what I have to change room because the room wasn’t cleaned stained floor stained toiled stained bedsheets not vacuumed . But they are quickly accommodate my request to change the room The breakfast choices is amazing real bacon scrambled eggs unlike the 5 star hotels in Orlando sometimes it’s like a crappy breakfast But this one they have a friendly staff and good breakfast . My grandchildren enjoyed the heated pool

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast is well stocked and solid. I like that they change waffle flavors every few days (including apple cinnamon and strawberry). The downstairs ice machine has been broken for years and you have to go to the third floor for ice, which is a bit frustrating. Our main issue was that the heater/AC was difficult to get to a comfortable temperature - it's a unit mounted beneath the window and the temperature sensor doesn't seem to work. Since it was cold outside, we had it on heat and even when we set the temperature to 60 (as low as it goes) it would keep running until we got too hot (probably at least 75 degrees in the room) at which point we turned it off entirely until it got too cold.

We took our granddaughters there for a night to swim and just have fun. The pool was so cold we couldn’t tolerate it. It was clear the staff does not take daily readings of chemicals, water temperature and overall cleanliness of the water and pool itself. The heater was not working and this should have been discovered before we even checked in. When we entered our room, it was not prepared for us. The heat was not on in the room. It took several hours for the room to become a normal temperature of 68*. The bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast server in the morning was excellent and very helpful.
