I was wandering around and around with no one offering to help me until I asked, and no one at the podiums. It's chatoic and frustrating when your exhausted from travel or a long day of meetings. When I had a sit down lunch, the maitre d forgot my bill and was having to run around all over. Otherwise I enjoyed the hotel."
