"Staff was exceptional. Food was phenomenal. I can’t say enough, was such a pleasant stay."

"Ganske dårlig. Det var lite renslig toalett, og stue. Sengen var ikke klargjort. Ganske skuffet over kavlitet fremfor hva det ble beskrevet."

"When I arrived at the middle of the night they lied about not receiving the payment. They wanted me to pay again, but only in cash. When I contacted Hotels.com they apologised and told me that the hotel had told them that we arrived 4 persons, even tho I was alone. I would strongly recommend Hotels.com to remove this hotel from their lists, and to all future customers; Stay away! This is only fraud!"

"Leider sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt. * Stark veraltetes und heruntergekommenes Hotel * Verschmutzte und beschädigte Wände * Dreckiges Badezimmer mit Schimmelspuren * Enttäuschendes Frühstück * Sehr hoher Preis, insbesondere angesichts des Zustands Saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren das einzig Positive. Aufgrund fehlender Alternativen mussten wir hier kurzfristig mit unserem Kind übernachten."

"Decent location, smooth check in. Property is as described in the listing which is always a relief. Underground free parking was a welcome addition."

"The stay was great the only thing we would have wanted was a few more square feet of hotel room. Great recommadation for supper."

"Very easy to find so close to where my trip to Ohrid set off the following day. Clean room good for a short stay."

"Stayed at Astera for three days and it was absolutely perfect. Super clean new-looking spacious rooms. Tons of towels and amenities and I had a gorgeous balcony. All that for 60 euro a night is crazy. My flight back from Skopje got cancelled so they also generously offered me two more night last second with the same rate so they saved my life there! I tried the breakfast once too a lot of variety and fruits and eggs. Highly recommend!!"

"Hôte parfait. Restaurant toujours TOP. Personnel aux petits soins avec la clientèle. Bref, tout pour se sentir bien."
