"Great room , bed perfect. very quiet , great A/C, Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner ( attention to detail - previous occupant's hair grips were on the floor). Biggest let down was Breakfast. very transport cafe. Staff seriously struggling to keep up with turnover of customers ."

"The reception manager was not helpful at all on wasn’t interested with any problems we had didn’t help to solve them either. Our room was not cleaned for three days no clean towels no toilet rolls bins were full despite me putting the clean room sign on the door every morning. I had to go to reception ..."
