"We needed accommodation with our dog. The room was spotless and fresh. Parking was outside the door. And a water view from the room. I was impressed that the room had drinks and snacks to purchase in the minibar/kitchen. Something you don't even find much in large hotels these days. The staff were friendly and helpful on check in and out. Would recommend if your looking for a nice clean room in Wynard. Its quiet and had plenty of food options and nice walks close by. "Property close to city centre Great accommodation but a couple of things let it down there was no pod coffee machine for great coffee not to expensive to put one in Could do with a floor rug under beds as floors cold and bed slides around light globes need replacing few blown and block out curtains to hide light and the worst thing of all was the warf area opposite rental extremely noisy all night that would be our biggest grudge got no sleep for 2 nights trains and loaders...

The house has two bedrooms with queen beds and another with two single beds, a bathroom and separate toilet. A washing machine is located in a separate area at the back of the property.
