"Charming inn! Fast restaurant service served by men in lederhosen. Super close to old town. Good walking. My only issue was that the inn is not good for any mobility issues. No little elevator, lots of steps going up to the rooms, and an unexpectant step in the hallway that just about did me in a few times. Love the little self-serve corner for snacks!"

"Primo location adjacent to the Dom. Good news, the windows are excellent so the bells don’t disturb your sleep! The hotel is two (maybe more) buildings so while there is an elevator you will still need to carry your luggage up or down a few stairs. Staff is available to help should you need it. We were very satisfied and also enjoyed the breakfast."

"Desk staff abrupt when registering. Did not mention restricted service desk coverage (although it was posted on entry door in German and small print in elevator/room). Was not told registering that we had to request room service on a daily basis or when wanted. Why bother having a do not disturb sign in room? No telephone in room with no night staff - why should guest have to pay for international call if emergency. No Kleenex in room. Could not shower last evening - all towels wet with no one...

"Comfortable bed and room and dining here was excellent but unfortunately not readily available unless you book well in advance. There was some confusion about booking the restaurant online in advance as you are not able to and must make your booking well in advance with the hotel by email. Hospitality and customer service could be improved. "

"We stayed one night in this charming hotel that was once a barn, and is now furnished with a midcentury vibe. We didn't spend much time in the hotel, nor did we have the breakfast so can't speak to that. Everyone we encountered on the staff was extremely friendly and kind. The location was great. An easy, quick walk into town, but far enough away from the center of things that it was quiet at night. We had a rental car and appreciated the easy parking right on site. Highly recommend. Would stay...

"Zimmer waren groß und auch sauber. Leichte Gebrauchsspuren im Bad,aber war ok. Relativ unprofessionell und vor allem und freundlich haben wir allerdings das Personal an der Rezeption empfunden. Was uns allerdings wirklich geärgert hat, war, dass man uns beim check in verkündete, dass die Zimmer erst nach einem Aufenthalt von drei Tagen gereinigt würden. Ich bin der Ansicht, dass man diese Info bereits bei der Buchung des Hotels erfahren sollte, damit man dann entscheiden kann, ob man den Preis...

"Ich hatte einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das gesamte Team war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das hervorragende Frühstück sowie die angenehme Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel. Auch die Lage war ideal und perfekt für Ausflüge oder geschäftliche Termine. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann dieses Hotel mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!"
