"The room was lovely comfy bed good air conditioning the location is perfect very close to the shops and restaurants The rooftop terrace was so nice too with comfy seats and hot tub which took a while to warm up but was very enjoyable The check in process was not so good, you need to go to a little office called Symi Holidays, this information is contained in an attachment you need to open as part of a message from the property The listing states 1200 check out but at 1030am the house keeper...

"We had a lovely 6 night stay here, lovely location and really nice staff, big room and nice balcony. Breakfast was minimal (especially if you're dairy and gluten intolerant like me - some eggs would have been nice) but in such a lovely spot by the sea, and the guy was so cheerful every morning so enjoyed going down every morning!"

"Wonderful hotel with everything you could wish for. I had a cosy, nicely furnished flat with a wonderful view of the castle and the sea from the private green terrace belonging to the flat. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff were incredibly friendly and made sure I felt comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located between the harbour with the town beach and the beautiful town with the castle on top of the hill, all within walking distance."
