The room was spotless and very comfortable with the couch. The kitchen included a full size fridge, dishwasher and 2 burner stove as well as dishes and utensils. We were just there one night, but would definitely choose town place suites again-we chose it because it was pet friendly and were glad about that choice.

The property was clean and up to date. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was you common hotel breakfast. We had a party of five so we got the suite with 2 queen rooms, living room n kitchenette. Very spacious.

Many of the in room amenities were broken, like the TV, the in sink garbage disposal, and the bed was horribly uncomfortable. The adjoining room had guests with a cat, and we could smell the cat waste in our room. Front desk staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was delicious, well-stocked with lots of options. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Would have liked a fenced area for the dog. Also, there was vibration in the room during the morning. I think it may have been from the industrial washing machine.

Overcharged for unwanted room with no working TVs

I was set up in a one bedroom suite for the first night and charged $239 before taxes. There were two tv's in the room and neither one worked. When the front desk was asked about the tv's they said their maintenance guy would be there in 2 days (not helpful). I was still charged the full price and when I went to change rooms the next day, I was stuck back in the same suite, with no working tv's. The front desk staff was very friendly but not able to help much or get someone who could help find a solution to the problems. The room was mostly clean which was good.

Loved that I was given a choice of floor to be on and had a great sunset and sunrise view over a field! Room was very nice with a full size fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave and dishwasher. And real glass cups and plates! Comfy bed and nice shower.

The property was quiet but the refrigerator was huge and tv was small and n an awkward place to watch. Deadbolt did not work, thermostat did not work, bathroom door would not shut. Breakfast was really small and food ran out, for the size of the hotel the breakfast area should be bigger, not enough places to sit.
