"My cottage was great! Very quiet! Had everything like a furnished apt. I found that they don’t have good signage when you enter the property. It’s a maze of streets. I’m told they can’t put up certain signs because it’s a time share property. They also require a lot of paperwork before you even arrive plus pre check ins on line. Then when you arrive you have to go thru the whole thing again. I found it to be a bit much. The staff was great and they gave you a map to find your cottage. That part...

"The property had wonderful amneities especially for the price. The room was large, clean and well stocked. It was a great location to stay to enjoy Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Jerome and Sedona and if you stay here make sure to check out Brewha in Cornville. The only negative is they do try to talk you into attending a timeshare meeting in exchange for discounts on local activities, which we declined."

"The property outside could have been better but there was wood pallet stacked up outside everywhere and dirt piles like they were working on the outside landscaping. Lots of statues and a pretty pond but hard to enjoy with all the crap everywhere. The back patio was nice but could really use a jacuzzi out there. Inside was nice but rustic. Our room was okay the bed was really small, but I saw another suite that was really nice. Our room had the best view of courthouse though. You can't beat the...
