"When we checked in, we were given room 207. This room was on the ground floor near the lobby, and the floor to ceiling windows faced the second floor of the parking lot in the rear of the property. There were cars parked directly outside of our window. The air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy as it cycled on and off during the night making sleep all but impossible. "Room smelled like smoke when we got inside so we burned an incense and got put out for smoke smell and it wasn’t even us we had our 1yr old with us . No towels in the room we had to ask front desk I also had to do some cleaning myself the bathroom wasn’t to my standards this hotel use to look way better about 2-3 years ago now after dark it looks like crackhead central lots of activity outside at night even the police were in the parking lot most of the night"
