"My stay here was pretty good, I just had a really strange encounter with one of the owners upon check out when she practically yelled at me to bring her my key (I left it in the door as generally there was no staff around to give it to). She could’ve politely said she didn’t want to climb the stairs and I would’ve happily got it, but the way she spoke to me was really out of nowhere and odd and so I didn’t rebook. "First of all, the room wasn't properly cleaned, and the pillows were poorly stitched, with the stuffing sticking out. Furthermore, there was no room key, so I couldn't leave my luggage in the room when I went out. Furthermore, the noise of the washing machine running in the kitchen/laundry room on the first floor could be heard late into the night. This was truly a disappointing stay."
