IXORA Hotel and Spa

IXORA Hotel and Spa

8/10 Good
"The location of this hotel is beautiful, and all the staff we encountered were pleasant and welcoming. The restaurant staff were particularly lovely, although the service felt a little chaotic at times, especially at breakfast. Iā€™m not sure whether they were short-staffed, but the food itself was good. The spa was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay, particularly the outdoor pools with their gorgeous views. Our room was modern and nicely presented, but it lacked some finishing touches, particularly when it came to cleanliness. There were crumbs on the floor and hairs on the bed from previous occupants, which was disappointing. We also stayed for two nights and our water bottles were never replenished, which felt like a small but noticeable oversight. Overall, the hotel has a beautiful setting, welcoming staff and a fantastic spa, but a little more attention to housekeeping and the finer details would make the experience much better."
