"State of the room was absolutely dirty. Water leaking underneath the carpet, it was dump and wet. There mushrooms growing inside the toilet because of dumpness. The room was smelly. TV remote did not work, and the pillows were smelly as well. On the bright side, reception was open 24 hrs, there is a communal kitchen , and good communal toilets."

"I booked 4 superior king rooms months in advance When we arrived, I had 3 king rooms and 1 small room with two small twin beds in it. When I asked about the change in reservation, I was told by the manager - when you make a reservation, your room is not guaranteed and they do not provide a refund on the difference, even though the twin room was substantially smaller and cheaper and not what I paid for. The manager at the front desk was extremely rude and uncooperative. I was at the desk for 1.5...
