"A very nice stay in Silkeborg. Lovely helpful staff at check-in. Nice and spacious suite 9 in the old building. I wouldn’t choose a room in the main building which has the feeling still of an old hospital in the corridors. The hotel has a very nice garden setting and peaceful location just outside the city centre and close to a beautiful lakeside swimming area. Easy parking onsite. "Recepción cerrada al llegar y sin instrucciones de entrada. Encontramos la habitación con la llave puesta y un cartel con nuestro nombre. Éramos dos adultos y un niño de 12 años y sólo teníamos dos camas de 90 y no había ni supletoria ni sofá. Como no había nadie tuvimos que dormir juntos. A la mañana siguiente se excusaron diciendo que ellos no tienen acceso a la edad del niño y que no nos iban a cobrar la supletoria cuando yo contraté y pagué sitio para tres personas"
