"AvantStay provided timely and accurate instructions for our stay in the condo. Condo was in a perfect location in town, walkable to everything including ski lifts. Condo well stocked and very clean. One car though as parking is limited on property."

"Lanea was great. We had a couple of questions when we arrived, and she was quick to respond. The property was clean and well maintained. It was a relaxing and wonderful trip. Highly recommend."

"The property is well located, which is its best feature. However, I expected it to be more comfortable. The carpet was heavily stained and worn, and the towels were of very poor quality. The most inconvenient issue was that there was only one parking space available. For a property that accommodates up to eight guests, this is a significant disadvantage."

"The place was very clean and had plenty of soap and dishwasher pods to keep the place nice during our stay. It was my husband and 2 kids, cooked most of our meals in the well supplied kitchen including breakfast which had a nice coffee maker and toaster. The gondola was perfect, after driving over 12 hours to get to Telluride we didn’t need our car for the next 2 days. Explored multiple hikes and the town of Telluride- completed the Bridal Veil Falls- amazing."

"The house served our purpose well. They beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The back porch and grounds could use a little TLC but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves. It was very close to all the attractions near Cortez."

"The view was beautiful, and overall our stay was good, but the property could use some updates. The biggest issue was the hot water. After two showers, there was no hot water left, so the rest of us had to take cold showers, which was very disappointing. Also, be aware that laundry is not included—you have to pay separately to use the laundry facilities. With a few improvements, especially to the water heater, this place would provide a much better experience."
