"This was my 6th trip to the DR and by far my worst experience. Let me begin by saying that we booked 6 rooms, 3 of which were supposed to be swim up rooms. When we went through our VIP check-in experience they gave us pool access rooms but after walking around the resort and not seeing swim up rooms we believed that the rooms we got were what they called swim up. 4 days into the vacation the kids found the swim up rooms on the backside of the building down qhat appeared to be an ally way. "I really like the taxi service at the hotel for safety was great"

"The staff named Danny was not helpful. We paid in full already and he tried to double charge us. If I don’t complain he would charge us again. This is my complaint and also he did not notify us about the front desk taxi services. We had to wait almost a half hour and experienced problems left and right throughout our stay.
