The shower was a bit outdated, but met my needs and had good pressure and temperature. The breakfast was basic, as one would expect of a free continental breakfast, but tasted good. The front desk staff also gave us a room away from the noisy pool area-which was nice since it was just us. My husband and I enjoyed our stay...

"The entire place met our needs fully. The counter staff as well as the one maintaining the rooms were cordial and friendly. One thing of concern is the condition of the ground level Exit door at the south end of the building. Even though the security lock does work, the door doesn't rest quite securely on the frame and with extra force, someone with bad intent may give himself easy access to the buidling."

I called to see how to cancel my reservation because of the snow storm that was coming in awhile back and the front desk woman who answered the phone told me yes I can cancel. “I asked if I would get the $149 refund “ she said yes and that she would cancel as soon as she was done help another customer.
