"Hotel is in an excellent location, handy to historical centre. We booked the room based on having air conditioning, which it had but it didn’t work. So room was too hot and impacted sleep. Room had no fridge. When we asked for an ice bucket to cool drinks this was reluctantly provided. Reception lady said we needed to buy drinks from bar rather than drink our own. When travelling on a budget this is our choice as to how we drink. On Saturday morning street sweeper and garbage trucks run early so...

"Stayed one night. In my opinion, this property does not match the level of quality I usually associate with Best Western hotels in the US. The room felt outdated and could have been cleaner. The carpet was quite dirty, and the curtain was partially off the window when we arrived.. On the positive side, the room itself was spacious, there was plenty of street parking nearby, and the reception staff were very kind and welcoming."

"Personnel ++++ Etat du bâtiment vieillissant, pas de prise près de lit, pas de prise sur le meuble de la bouilloire on est obligé de faire chauffer la bouilloire au sol. Ma chaise de chambre se désintégrait laissant plein de petits morceaux noires partout (sur mes vêtement aussi mais parti à la machine à laver). Heureusement la gentillesse du personnel rattrape le tout."
