"Rooms are beautifully decorated, the interior of the hotel is also nicely designed, but the staff wasn’t particularly friendly. Sure they did the job but it felt a bit, if not hostile, indifferent.
Some parts of restaurant aren’t cleaned properly, you could see dust on consoles, bread crumbs on sofas. And then also their spa didn’t work. They have known this at the time of my booking but only informed me some days before my arrival when the booking was non refundable. "

Spa was a bit of a disappointment,- dry sauna not hot enough, pool has no jets; often with lots of kids playing and screaming loudly in the pool. Not the best during relaxation.
