"The hotel is perched on a mountain side overlooking the Whales Tale of Uvita. There is an animal preserve within walking distance that provided an excellent opportunity to learn about Costa Rica's incredible animal life.
The staff were wonderful - always smiling and willing to assist in any way."

"I love this hotel so much it was comfortable and beautiful and the swimming pool is a dream come true. The service was excellent. The room was gorgeous. I slept like a baby. A wonderful wonderful property with gorgeous gardens and the most beautiful birds I’ve ever seen flying."

"Staff servicial, lugar tranquilo, alejado del mar. Restaurante supera las expectativas. Desde la atención hasta la calidad de los platillos, todo fue excelente. El personal fue muy atento y el ambiente hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más agradable."

"The view was amazing and staff were very friendly. I did not realize that the rooms did not have A/C, so things were hot the first night (reception closed at 8:00), but they were able to get me another fan the second night l, which made things better. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay which included access to a local swimming hole which was very refreshing.
The restaurant was the most expensive meal we had in Costa Rica and to be honest, the food was not bad, but not good. Definitely...

"Our stay was truly awesome. We stayed in the Sunset Villa...It was exceptional...Everything about the Villa was exactly as seen on the website. The greenery was so luscious. The views were Majestic. Very quaint and intimate location. Very romantic too. The pool was well maintained and cleaned everyday. Breakfast was delicious and the staff catered to our everyday need. The lunch and dinner menu was decent. Nothing special...but sufficient. There are gym facilities there..no treadmill..but you...
