"Terrible hotel – DO NOT BOOK I am shocked that this hotel is listed on Hotel.com with such good reviews. When I arrived, I was given a smoker’s room where it was nearly impossible to breathe. The room was filthy: the toilet had stains, the table had spilled drink on it, and the bed sheets were very dirty. Overall, the room was a mess and clearly had not been cleaned properly. When I went to the reception to show them the pictures, the staff seemed annoyed and suggested that perhaps the cleaning lady had not come. They eventually gave me another room, which was slightly better, but still not acceptable. I had no choice but to book another hotel and leave this one. DO NOT BOOK – this is misleading advertising. "

"Very small room but enough for my daughter and I. I expected the hotel to be much closer to the Eiffel Tower, Disney and the Airport. Over all everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The receptionist even loan me her charger because I didn’t have an adapter. "

"The spa was very unprofessional. I was wearing a men’s bathing suit, but was turned away saying that it was not an actual bathing suit. I don’t know why they would expect a customer to lie about not wearing a bathing suit. "

"The hotel was advertised with a restaurant and bar, there were neither. I booked a non smoking room, guests had clearly smoked in them. The hotel had WiFi, however this didn't work unless standing at reception (either guest network). The hotel felt dirty and uncared for. Two guys parked in a car in front of the hotel were inhaling nitrous oxide from a balloon. They then threw the cylinder in the gutter and walked into the hotel. The experience was truly awful, and I left immediately."
