They use an AI chatbot for their communications which has the potential to put you very bad situations, so for this reason I would avoid doing anything that relies on communicating with this host if you choose to stay here. When booking, they asked me if I wanted an airport transfer which I agreed on. After a long plane ride with my wife and three kids, we landed at around 11PM and our transfer never came and their chatbot said not to worry that the transfer...

"Had room 401 and it was perfect for our long weekend stay. The check in process was really easy and the instructions sent over were excellent. Didn’t hear a peep from any other guests or from the street below. The location was really good too, close by bars, bistros and restaurants without being affected by lots of noise. The room had everything we needed, the bed was comfy and the shower was awesome. Would stay here again for sure"
