"This is the most friendly hotel I stayed in from front desk staff to maintenance staff. It's the simple things. Instead of telling us what is available they ask what we would like. Do you want turn down service? ,for example. They offered so much. The "Kick Back" for example. Never experienced this at any other hotel. In our opinion the food at breakfast and kick back was great. The perks are amazing. The staff was attentive to the food and guests. I cannot say enough. "
