The room had the ac unit cover door broke along with one section of the vent. The carpet had a big square cut in the floor not seemed back in. The sheer curtain was stained. The bathroom vent was very noisey and the shower nozzel was caked with lime. The elevator something spilled and was .sticky ...

Had a fantastic stay. Was down in Baton Rouge for class and so glad we chose Bally's! Thank y'all for a great stay and a huge thanks to the valet parking for taking great care of my truck. You guys Rock!!
