"The room had bad smell in it. The bathroom tub had a hole in it and towels were left on the floor behind bathroom door. No soap for showers. Dirty entry and breakfast area. Would never recommend to anyone!"

"My experience was not great. Checking in was ok but wnen i reached the rooms one was not ready until about 4pm and check in was at 3pm. I purchased 2 rooms and Room 208 was not ready and the bathroom was very dirty , so dirty we had to call house keeping to come and clean it. The elevator had a smell that was disgusting also. Not a good experience. "

"This hotel does not deserve to operate as a Hilton property. I was not greeted as a Hilton Honors member or at all! I stated I was checking in and gave my name, was asked for ID and credit card and given cards. The first room I was assigned the key would not open the door. So myself, a 8 year old child and a full luggage cart had to return to the front desk and they assigned us a different room on the same floor.
