"The rooms are a good size, the sink and shower was full of mould which was unpleasant. When I told management they didn’t offer to change my room. They tried to clean the mould but it didn’t help so I asked again and this time they changed the seals. The staff were amazing, friendly, warm and made the effort to make my stay amazing. Great location in the heart of Kuta"

"The accommodation and facilities, along with the very helpful staff was excellent. We stayed at the venue for 5 days in total and can honestly say we would stay there again and again. The roon with its private pool and ouside shower / bathroom was exactly as described. There was a wedding next door to the hotel which was an interesting addition, which although loud celebrations, was something we are unlikely to experience again, and we were also welocomed by the locals with open arms. The venue was around a 10 minute scooter ride from Kuta, but this was not an issue for us, and the venue had a shuttle service for guests. Food was excellent, order everything, including room service requirements via WhatsApp and it us done, easy. We were also very close to the Mandalika Race Circuit, where we managed to ride around on our scooter. We could not ask for more, the staff would help you with anything you wanted, even arranging airport transfers and onwards travel."

"Hotel Origin was a really great place to stay.We had a couple rooms overlooking the pool which was lovely.The room was spacious and included the shower and toilet.Breakfast is included with a variety of pastries, toast, pancakes,French toast as well as eggs of your choice will be cooked for you.Indonesian food is also available for breakfast such as chicken and rice etc The staff are delightful, so friendly and very accommodating.We would often stop and chat with them during the day .The only negative was after our rooms were cleaned they smelt of body odour which tended to linger ."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Lobster Bay. Our room was beautiful, the pool was a life saver and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The view from our room and the restaurant are exactly what the photos show, stunning and beautiful. We enjoyed the food, the massages and the staff were all so kind and accommodating. Its a bit of a drive to any of the main shopping areas but very much worth it for the peaceful and private location of this resort. We are already planning a trip back."

Our highlights were the lobster catching and cooking class with Catur as well as the massages from Sari were out of this world, we can only recommend the traditional massage. If you want a stay that combines luxury with a meaningful soul and a connection to the local culture, this is it. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!"
