"They are undergoing a SERIOUS remodel (no lobby, no hot breakfast, water on and off, debris and garbage everywhere and remodeling workers start at 7:30 am every morning and go till late at night. If you are staying in the next two months, find somewhere else. Staff is soooo nice but that doesn’t take away from breathing dust and debris floating everywhere, old mattresses out front, no hot breakfast and banging hammers at 7 am. "

"We stayed in the Retreat House. The room and bathroom were beautiful and sparkling clean and very spacious. The only reason I did not give this bed-and-breakfast five stars was the location. Belle Air mansion is located on a tremendously busy intersection right off the interstate. It is a MUST that you bring earplugs and an eye mask to get a good nights restful sleep otherwise you will be up all night listening to traffic.
Breakfast was delicious!"

"We stayed 4 days. The location is great, but the hotel is pretty dated. I also didn’t like that house keeping never came. No fresh towels, the small garbage can was overflowing. There was an extra bag in the bottom, but I had to throw it away myself. I had to track down a maid to get extra coffee for each day. I guess for $230 per night, I expected more."

During our last night at the hotel, we had challenges with parking due to a large conference. But since it was our last night, it wasn't a big issue for us. Prior to that we found parking to be adequate. Overall, the hotel was a great value for a 4-night stay. "
