"The Five Hotel & Resort Evara was a hidden gem that we found cloes to Hanoi which is just a 30 ride away. We stayed there for 4 nights and the place was super clean, modern, and spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating as well. The place was also serviced daily. It also had a kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave oven as well as a cook top. From the very beginning, the service was impeccable. Even before our arrival, the hotel’s sales team responded promptly to every inquiry. We asked about airport transfers and traffic conditions, and they arranged everything seamlessly. They even sent us thoughtful recommendations for how to make our anniversary trip extra special....

"Better hotel else where Not my type of hotel In hanoi"

"Room was comfortable and great service recovery from Steven improved the experience. Club lounge was relatively smaller, with more lounge seats than dining tables. During dinner hours, guests may have to share the larger dining table, creating more of a communal canteen vibe than exclusive lounge. More proper dining tables would help. There is also room for improvement in the attentiveness of lounge staff and service levels of doormen and coffee service during breakfast."
