"This hotel is very tired, there was no staff after 8pm and not enough parking for the number of rooms. The ac is cheap window ac and not very effective. Sheets are thin and towels small and rough and the rooms are low quality, think walls, linoleum, cheap appliances and box showers. On the plus side - good water pressure! The property is well maintained and the remainder of our stay was nice but I felt we should have been offered a different room immediately after we complained about the smell in the first room, not the next day after complaining again."

"Kauai Shores Hotel was perfect! We loved the location and the staff was so friendly! We went for our honeymoon and they even gifted us Hawaiian chocolates! We loved that they offered complimentary yoga daily. It was such a great place to stay. There was also live music daily which was really nice. The only negative was the restaurant on the property wasn’t good at all, but there are a lot of great options nearby. We would definitely go back and stay there again!"
