"Great location. Clean and friendly staff. Good resort for families with kids"

"The staff from front desk, bell hop service and housekeeping was excellent."

"Love every bit of our stay!"

"Beautiful location"

"Consistently good service and well kept hotel. Location is always a plus, close to everything but not in the main thoroughfare. I will definitely come back and recommend this property."

"We were charged a lor more when we got there ..pkis 55 dlrs per parking per day! .plus 104 dlrs daily they said it was a hold ..I haven't received it back it has been 16 days.. front desk agent not friendly as the rest of hawaii service.."

"all the people here were so nice"

"If you plan to do a bunch of shopping at Ala Moana mall then this is the place for you! There’s a bit of walking involved so be ready for that. There’s pool is nice and big too"

"Only plus is the location. Everything else is below average"

"Amazing hotel, I loved it so so much!! Waikiki itself was a little more hectic than I expected so I think next time I’d explore a different island. But the hotel was perfect and within walking distance of everything we needed"

"Good breakfast and amenities"

"Location is awesome. The pool is a little small for the size of the property. But staff were friendly and room was large and nice."

"Gym wasn't open for 3 days. They still tried to charge me the full $45/day resort fee for the week. When I disputed it they did discount the fee. Location isn't the best. Staff just aren't the friendliest. I've been to hawaii over 12 times and would not stay at this hotel again."
