"Our families 2nd time staying here. It was beautiful. Staff were all great. The valets are funny & very helpful. Great location, especially if your adventuring out of Waikiki frequently. The view is beautiful. The pools are really nice. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel looks a little dated but reception and lobby were very nice. Free Breakfast was excellent. The bed was just ok as the mattress should maybe be upgraded. The air conditioning is the room 2as very noisy."

"A perfect boutique hotel in the heart of Waikīkī. Walking distance to everything with modern, well decorated, super clean rooms. Pool area was just as nice as the infinity pool at the Sheraton with a smaller crowd. Will definitely be back!"

"Our only 1 complaint was it was listed as $60 for valet parking. When we were billed at the end there was a $40 charge we didn't know we were being charged for. Ask about parking as it's expensive. Other than that is was a great place. We highly recommend it as a place to stay. Oh one other thing....the elevator is slow plan accordingly."

"Breakfast was excellent, good variety including vegetables. Easy walk to the beach, quieter than beachfront hotels. Good bathroom. Room on floor 39 was good location. Lower rooms often had full elevators when wanted to go down."

"The rooms were very clean and the staff kept the beds made up and the room was cleaned every other day while we were out on our adventures and towels on stock and the ocean view was absolutely amazing!! The staff were kind helpful and respectful and also very friendly and fun to chat with the valet team was great and Austin on the valet team was very welcoming and friendly and great guy in general and Tye was also a great help and very friendly these guys do work very hard and they are great at their jobs always had our cars ready to go and when we got back they were all awesome at welcoming us back and checking in to see how we were and how our trips were all in all great guys!! The Mika at the front desk was very helpful and friendly and gave us all the kindness and friendliness she had to offer!! The beach was good we did travel to see other beaches too!!! But all in all our stay at the twin fin hotel was great!!!"
