"Lobby check in staff was rude. Bruce needs to be retrained on customer service skills. He sounded grouchy and over it just because we booked from a third party system instead of Hilton honors. Some people weren’t as helpful in directions such as the people selling timeshare properties. I asked to point out where the green lawn is and all I got was “over there”. Very dismissive. Cafe and market staff are however very friendly and helpful! They were trained well. Some parts of the hotel needs to...

"スタッフの方は、みんな親切でした。　ビーチタオルの無料貸出も役に立ちました！ フロントビーチはやっぱりいいですね！"

"Room was on the 31st floor - loved the view of Waikiki! Here for our wedding/honeymoon and so glad we stayed here - was perfect for us. Parking was steep but I guess that is just the way it is in Waikiki - the access was great with in and out made super easy - 2 different entrances that both recognize your car so it’s seamless. Housekeeping very attentive. Negative edge pool was pretty cool although spaces next to the pool might be hard to come by. There is a huge deck with chairs and couches...

"Staff were not helpful and water was on 8th floor. Need to use elevator just to get drinking water. Hotel has no beach. Paid for ocean view but received obstructed view."

"Everything was wonderful"

"My husband and I stayed at the Outrigger Beachcomber for 8 days. The hotel was convenient to all of Waikīkī and things we wanted to do. The room was well laid out with multiple seating options, a coffee maker and mini-fridge. The bed was comfortable. Our house keeper, Florence, was flexible with our schedule. The front desk was helpful with suggestions. I would stay at and recommend this hotel to anyone headed to Waikīkī."

"Loved the central location and really friendly staff. Bathroom was a bit smaller than expected but the room had all the amenities you would want."

"ホスピタリティにかけるホテルでした。 立地条件はよいが！"

"Its was ok"

"The hotel was ok. Very basic but not much more. The neighborhood was the kicker- surprisingly populated by many homeless people, drug activity and all that goes with it. I’m from near a big city with its own share of problems. I don’t like what I see or smell in either place, both are as depressing as all get out. I can easily think of a dozen places better( and cheaper) than a stay In Honolulu. I won’t be making that mistake again."

"Westin should do better. Nice helpful staff but food facilities need work. Food at beach/bar needs upgrade. Convenient location. Paper-thin walls result in listening to neighbors. Lunch service only on beach."
