"Loved the ocean view and value of the stay. We left a large amount of money behind after leaving and they found it right away and made arrangements to send it back to us. The room was a corner unit with a perfect view of the ocean. Would highly recommend."

I asked my elderly mother if we should request another room but she said that would be difficult for her to pack and move again. My suggestion is to advise the guest at the front desk before they unpack that there is construction in the next room so they are informed and offered a room with no construction going on next door and comp the guest or refund if its a downgrade.
