"We stayed in the Ocean Towers, which were extremely dated and in need of a much deeper cleaning. Based on the condition of the room and tower itself, I was genuinely surprised this was considered part of a Hilton property. It honestly felt misrepresented compared to the photos and overall reputation of the resort. I can only assume the four-star rating reflects the newly renovated areas rather than the Ocean Towers accommodations. We also had to contact housekeeping because some of our towels...

"Huge property with a convenient monorail system that takes you between the different towers, which made getting around easy.
