"Loved everything about it"

"First and foremost, the building looks like it’s condemned and anyone who spends their hard earned money to stay here should be very well aware of that. As for the interior of the unit that is subpar at best be prepared for the fact that there really is not an actual bedroom. It’s a bed that you have no space to walk around. "So relaxing, peaceful, beautiful beyond words. True welcoming hawaian hospitality. A place everyone should experience. We saw double rainbows with mountain backrounds, one of the worlds largest sand bars, snorkled with turtles from the resort boat ride and kayaked to china mans hat. Ate authentic homemade banana bread in the am while keeping up with our exercise routines in the property gym. Lounging on the floating decks around the hot tub and pool were so relaxing. Its was just fabulous. "

"Yes breakfast was good, parking was easy,staff was great, house keeping was very fast to deliver extra towels as needed. Room was clean, but only thing we're dissatisfied with was the air conditioning wasn't cold enough. "

"The shops were very convenient and nice. The food was excellent. However… the crowds are big, and the beaches were littered with homeless tents. Homeless men were screaming at the top of their lungs. Walking by their encampments was bad, the stench of human filth was unsettling. Walking on the beach at night was sketchy. I loved Hawaii. I did not like the Hawaiian Village. Waiting for en elevator every day took ten minutes because the lines were long. I was traveling solo. I needed to feel safe."

"The overall stay was good. They initially placed us in a room very far away, which was too far for my father to walk to. They did, however, accommodate us closer after our request. For dinner, we were served 20 minutes after we sat down, and the dining room was empty. "

"This hotel was excellent and reasonably priced. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The facilities included a laundry room for guests. The area is safe and the local bus stops right outside the hotel. The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant but there many options near by."

"Property was incredible with lively views. I got two rooms; the accessible one had a larger bathroom and toilet space but the shower was a bathtub unlike the photo that featured a shower head and walk in shower, the shower in the regular room was also a bathtub and it would creak at any movement (as if it were to break at any moment for some reason). "Pros: - Location (10/10): One minute walking distance from the water, and close to anything you would want (food, etc.) - Fitness Centre (9/10): Large with lots of Equipment. - Staff (9/10): Except for a couple of staff, everyone we saw and dealt with was very friendly and helpful. "Exceeded expectations! Beach was right outside and accessible to all eateries. Definitely do over. Extremely calm ocean water with sea wall. Mahalo!!!!"

"I have tried the property twice to see what people are giving it good reviews for. The rooms are extremely old, the furnishings are poor and there are no amenities. You have to pay for the Gym if you want to use it, the pool is sub par, it is not worth it. I would pay a little more and stay at the AC or another hotel in the future."

"Clean room, loved the pool/hot tub. Staff miscommunicated about how to pay for my stay, and attempted to authorize my card twice, which led to frustration and confusion. Power went out twice. First time I was in my room, I called the front desk to ask what was going on, and the receptionist was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering her for asking - we were in the middle of getting ready for the day and needed lights, and also had perishables in the fridge (which barely got cold anyway). ...
