"This was in a good location that was easily walkable but also had good driving access. We liked that there was 24hr security and parking included. I wish the listing was clear on what floor you're on because we had zero view from the balcony. Also, the sofa-bed mattress was about 2" thick and you could feel every spring. Besides the sofa-bed though, everything felt well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and gadgets but it would have been nice to have other non perishable...

"The staff was very nice and helpful; however, we drug, all of our luggage into the lobby to check in only to find out that checkin was not in the same building as the hotel room. So we had to load everything back up again and drive to the other building. At the other building, it was very convenient.Having a store and access to the kids pool.However, there was no hotel people in that building to help with things. "Only stayed for one night. Our flight was in late so checkin was odd. Had to find the front office which is located in center of complex only signage was when you got close to it. Very dark within the complex. Cant back in parking. No signs to tell you not to only word of mouth from talking to someone if they remember to tell you. Woke up to a violation due to backing in parking. Cleaning lady was given wrong info about our checkout and tried to open our door an hour before we had checked out....
